dog | The Love Network A 70-year-old Hopkinsville woman was attacked this afternoon by a sheriff's department K-9 that got loose as its handler was taking the dog from its kennel, department spokesman Chris Miller said.The woman, Wilma Lacefield, of Shadowood Estates, was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center, where she was treated for her injuries and released.
She suffered lacerations to both arms, according to a news release from the sheriff's department.
