Prepare for the dawning of the age of austerity

Next year's General Election will mark a watershed in British politics on the scale of 1945, 1979 or 1997.the 2010 vote will not require a change of government. Major changes are coming regardless of who wins in 2010.Labour and Conservatives would govern but these differences will be as nothing compared to the impending changes.
