Police: Would-be Small Dog burglar behind bars

South Burlington and Burlington Police say they've caught a would-be-burglar.Police say a man caught on surveillance tape threw a car jack through the window of Small Dog Electronics on Dorset Street on Tuesday, setting off the burglar alarm but not taking anything.Police identified the man as Kevin Martin Jr. of Burlington and put him behind bars.
