Plymouth dog tags running late

First there was Dec. 8's primary elections to choose candidates to run for the late Edward Kennedy's senate seat. Then there was to be another special election to reconsider Town Meeting's vote to implement the first-ever local meals tax, which has since been moved to Jan 19, piggybacked on the statewide senatorial election.You could call it a banner year for voting in Plymouth.
